HVAC Filter Delivery
- Filters are delivered approximately every 60 days.
- Tenants must install the filters within two days of receipt.
- Proper and timely filter replacement is essential to avoid damages and additional fees.
Move-in Concierge Service
- Assistance with utility, cable, internet, and other service activations.
- Tenants can also choose to handle their own service activations.
Resident Rewards
- Access to a rewards program through a mobile app.
- Earn rewards as a preferred customer of RRR Properties.
Credit Building
- Positive payment history reported to credit agencies through a third-party service.
- Any disputes are to be handled directly with the third-party service.
Renters Insurance
- Liability coverage of at least $100,000 in property damage and legal liability is required.
- Option to either be automatically enrolled in a policy or purchase a separate policy.
- Details and proof of insurance must be provided and maintained.
$1 Million Identity Protection
- Identity theft protection service provided as part of the RBP.
- Terms and Privacy Policy can be found at IdentityGuard.
Home Buying Assistance
- Buyer representation services and referrals for purchasing real property.
- Separate agreement required for compensation and service details.
24-Hour Maintenance Coordination
- Report maintenance concerns outside of normal business hours via the online portal.
Online Portal Access
- Access to review documents, pay rent and fees, and report maintenance issues.
- Payment access may be restricted if a pattern of delinquency arises.
Multiple Payment Methods
- Payments can be made via ACH, debit/credit cards, money order, cashier’s check, or cash.
- Fees associated with different payment methods are the tenant’s responsibility.
